I love everything The Reformation has ever made. A sustainable brand which might as well have reached into my mind and pulled out my ideal wardrobe. The silhouettes are nothing short of stunning, in my humble-ish opinion. I want the Reid Dress (approx. $257) even though Summer is over here in Australia. I could always get it and hoard it till the sun comes out again, right? Here’s an off the shoulder number for $36 AUD from ASOS which is also mighty cute.

To me, the ideal blazer is slightly oversized and worn in an open, carefree style. High waisted jeans, a pair of statement making cat eye sunglasses. Chin held high. Strutting it out, as you do. I want a specific vibe that says I could be going to my work as a ‘creative’ or I could be on my way to fashion week. It’s a lot to ask of what item of clothing, but here we are. This blazer from Anine Bing (approx. $453 AUD) says it all. Or ASOS makes a similar jacket which is much more affordable at $99 AUD, here.

Zara recently started shipping to Australia. This is a wonderful and dangerous development. Mules are having a moment and I’m thrilled about it for many reasons. For instance, we don’t wear shoes in our apartment, we just wear slippers. So a pair of shoes that I can get on or off quickly at the doorway is handy. I also hate getting blisters on the back of my heel. Most of all, I just think they’re really cute! This pair I spotted on instagram and began to covet. They’re on sale at the moment, $29.95 AUD instead of $49.95 and selling out FAST. My other favourite mules are a flat pair with pearl details from Sol Sana, Funky black and white stripes from Zara, this ruffled high heeled number also from Zara, a simple suede pair with a statement clear heel from Mango, a flexible chunky heeled pair from Wittner, and this edgy modern pair also from Wittner.

The last item on this lust list is another piece from The Reformation. I love an A-Line mini or skater skirt. I wear them a lot in autumn and winter, layering with stockings, boots, a coat and scarf. This skirt (approx. $114 AUD) has such a great print, classic, it would go with so many basic tops! It’s also available in another print, a kind of red tartan/plaid that I also adore. I’d pair it with a cute t-shirt, like this one. ASOS has some cute option, like this for $60 AUD. Sweet!

P.S, I did buy some Zara mules. Had to.
